By accessing or using GoJourneyJunction ("the Platform"), operated at gojourneyjunction.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

GoJourneyJunction is a travel package aggregation platform that allows consumers to compare holiday packages from multiple verified suppliers. We do not sell travel packages directly. When you click through to a supplier's website, your transaction is between you and that supplier.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account of the same type.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Consumer Terms

As a consumer, you agree that:

• Package information displayed is provided by suppliers. While we verify suppliers, we do not independently verify every package detail.
• Prices, availability, and package details may change. Always confirm with the supplier before booking.
• GoJourneyJunction is not a party to any booking transaction between you and a supplier.
• The Journey Score is an algorithmic rating to help you compare packages. It does not constitute a guarantee of quality.

5. Supplier Terms

As a supplier, you agree that:

• All information and package listings you provide must be accurate, current, and not misleading.
• You must hold all necessary licenses and permits for the travel services you offer.
• You must complete the supplier verification process before publishing packages.
• You are solely responsible for fulfilling bookings made through click-outs from our platform.
• We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to display your package information, images, and branding on the Platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Manipulate ratings, reviews, or the Journey Score system
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the Platform without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by GoJourneyJunction and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of package information provided by suppliers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoJourneyJunction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to issues arising from bookings made with suppliers discovered through our Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoJourneyJunction, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
